Refund policy
At Bone Shaker, we have a 30 day return policy on all unopened and unused products. Since our products are handmade and consumables, we cannot accept returns if they have been opened and used.
All returns are at the customer's expense. Please ensure you include a note with your order number and email address in your return, as well as your own address as the return address on the box. This allows us to identify your order so we can process your refund!

Our products/labels are not permitted for resale/distribution outside the EU. They have been formulated, certified and labeled to satisfy regulations within the EU and UK and may not be legally compliant with other Countries’ and States’ cosmetics regulations. We accept no responsibility for products sold outside the UK/EU, and accept no liability for non-compliance.
